Project Description

Companies are often concerned with collective human capital flow, or overall employee movement into and out of organizations, as it has effects on outcomes such as performance, productivity, climate, and cohesion. This study will look at how different types of organizational crises such as ethical issues, financial misconduct, environmental issues, or product issues influence collective human capital flow.
